Telerik Error Creating Control

Error Creating Control ....

On visual studio if you are not able to view the Telerik controls and if it shows the above follow these steps

1) Copy Telerik.Web.design.dll to the Bin folder of your application. No need to add a reference to the web application just copy it.
2) Search ProjectAssemblies folder under C:\Documents and settings\\ and delete the folder or If Vista or Win7 search it under c:\Users\
3) Restart Visual studio

    Adding Telerik.Web.Designer.dll to GAC solved it for me. Using VS 2010 on Windows 7, .NET 3.5
    Just drag the dll to GAC

    dll could be found here
    C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2011\Bin35

    Use Telerik's new installation utility to download your new update. It will clear out OLD versions of their tools and correctly resync the designer for you.

    That fixes it, and it's automatic.
